QUESTIONS:

How long is the warranty for my Nitro Trailer?

Nitro offers a 5-year warranty on workmanship and defects for private use and a 1-year warranty for Commercial Use. Please read our warranty statement for further details.

Is the warranty on my axle only 5 years?

Your axle is covered by a 10-year warranty from the axle manufacturer. Please read the axle warranty statement.

Are bearings & brakes covered under warranty?

They are not, as these are considered wear-and-tear items that require periodic maintenance.

If I have a warranty, will it cover any add-ons and replacements that I did to my trailer while I had it?

No, unfortunately, it does not. The warranty only covers the specific issue.

When does my warranty start?

Your warranty registration must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase and will be effective from the purchase date.

What happens if I need to file a warranty claim?

The first thing you need to do is contact your purchasing dealer and explain the situation. This may require you to bring your trailer in for inspection.

How long does it take to get a warranty claim approved?

Once the dealer has contacted us, we typically approve a claim within 2 business days.

Will the warranty cover towing or transportation costs?

Unfortunately, the warranty will not cover towing or transportation costs such as fuel expenses, towing, travel time, or lost wages.

Do you offer a roadside assistance program?

Some dealers may offer a roadside assistance program. Please consult with them.

Who will fix my trailer in the event of a warranty issue?

This depends on the issue. Most dealers have the ability to fix most issues on-site.

Is my warranty transferable?

At this time, Nitro does not offer transferable warranties.

What happens if I don’t send in my warranty registration when I purchase the trailer?

You will be covered for 1 year from the date of purchase for private-use trailers.

Brakes & Components
Door Seals
Zinc Hardware
Aftermarket Accessories
Roof Vents
Sun Fade
Weather-related issues that tarnish components

Nitro Trailers! Almost says it all. I will add that these people are so quick to rezpond and help out. They will send you new decals when yours fail. On the house! Unbelievable!

I reached out to the customer service department in regards to ordering a new decal for my 4 year old Nitro trailer. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have a Decal Replacement Program!

Nitro Trailer Company cares as much about the appearance of their trailers as much as many of the trailer owners do. They sent me a replacement decal free of charge! Emily in customer service was awesome.

We picked up a cargo trailer ago at your dealership REP in Greenland, NH a few weeks ago and we are loving it. The trailer is build extremely well, runs super smooth and looks great as an added bonus. It is definitely worth the price difference over other brands. Also the trailer arrived 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

Just received the second trailer I've ordered from Nitro Trailers. The first trailer was intended for my winter excursions an house's my snowmobiles. Still after 3 years of heavy use in the winter months I'm pleased with how it's held up. Almost good as new. But the second one I received just Monday. I was speechless. I using this for my large construction crew to use on the job site. It's beautifully built. So precise with interior an exterior. Perfect for what's it's intended for. May have to order a 3rd next season. Really looking forward to the crew being jealous. Thanks for the hard work!
